The Transform Skills Toolkit

Many micro, small and medium sized businesses (SMEs) and third sector organisations in East Sussex want to invest in new and existing staff. They can, however, struggle to understand which publicly funded opportunities are available. TRANSFORM is here to help.

We specialise in supporting organisations with their skills and training needs, specifically apprenticeships and other government-funded training.  If that’s you, we are here to help you understand what is available and how to access it.

SMEs from all sectors can use this Online Toolkit to navigate and access funded apprenticeship and skills training solutions.  SMEs from East Sussex priority sectors can also contact TRANSFORM@eastsussex.gov.uk to book a meeting.

East Sussex priority sectors are:
  • Construction and Civil Engineering
