With over 20 years' experience working in the education and skills sector and a successful track record of implementing organisational strategy, business development, bid writing, project and stakeholder management and designing processes which enhance the education and training offer. Mel has senior expertise in the workforce skills and apprenticeships and has been at the forefront in leading establishments and teams through transformational change, strategic development and quality improvement with a results-driven approach.
