The evaluation of the Adult Skills ‘Upskill in Cyber’ pilot was carried out by Ecorys and Perspective Economics for the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) and aimed to identify and rapidly upskill individuals for roles in cyber security, as well as provide proof of principle that the talent pool for cyber security can be grown through targeted intervention that brings individuals to a defined and easy-to-communicate aptitude.
