Time to Learn – A Learning and Work Institute Report

Analysis of Learning and Work Institute’s long-running Adult Participation in Learning Survey, shows that younger people are more likely to participate in learning than older people and also invest three times as much per year. This lower investment by older people poses an issue as people have longer working lives and economic change requires people to update their skills more often through life.
