The Apprenticeship Roadshow organised by East Sussex County Council and SCTP took place at Eastbourne Town Hall yesterday. The event was a huge success with over 550 people attending to find out about apprenticeships and traineeships. There were 18 employers and training providers and also Apprenticeships in Sussex, giving advice and guidance to the huge crowd of visitors. The evening also featured two panel events about apprenticeships and traineeships which were attended by around 120 people each. The feedback from visitors about the event was very positive with some lovely comments received about how inspiring the apprentices who had come along to help were.
Thank you to the SCTP members who attended and helped make it a really buzzing, successful event. The Hastings Apprenticeship Roadshow is next Wednesday 21 March, and it is also already fully booked so we look forward to another inspiring, useful and very busy event.
