Skills Minister Recognises The Value of Good Careers Advice

Skills Minister, Ann Milton has set out her vision for improved careers guidance during a speech at the Careers Education and Guidance Summit in London. It’s encouraging to hear this from a Skills Minister after years of post-Connexions policy neglect in this important area. The speech gives a first insight into the forthcoming Careers Strategy which will have four main themes and be based on the eight ‘Gatsby Benchmarks’.
