SCTP continues to take calls from members that have been adversely affected by the non-levy apprenticeship procurement round. Some are submitting appeals to the ESFA and we wish them luck. We would hope that all members that remain without a direct contract could find access to non-levy funding via sub-contracting arrangements. We would ask any members that have a non-levy contract to e-mail SCTP if they could potentially offer a sub-contract to other SCTP member providers. We can then broker appropriate links. We will continue to monitor the situation and lobby as appropriate.
