GMFJ are a social enterprise existing to inspire and support young people in making connections with the best possible opportunities for them. They provide insights, digital tools and engagement solutions to help their partners recruit the next generation of talent. For over 10 years GMFJ have delivered their range of solutions to help educational organisations improve their impact. In 2020 over 200 of these used GMFJ’s ‘TalentPortal’ to post vacancies and to talent-spot those best-fit candidates; resulting in over 27k young people being placed in opportunities. GMFJ also partners with a network of other organisations to combine their expertise and offer the technology they have developed to provide efficiencies and scale.
