SCTP’s next Pre-employment Meeting for members takes place on Wednesday 11th October at Sussex Downs College, Newhaven between 9.30 & 12.30. This meeting a great opportunity for providers delivering NEET programmes, Traineeships, ESF, Programmes for the Unemployed and Study Programmes to compare notes and share expertise. It is also an opportunity for pre-employment and apprenticeship providers to co-operate on referrals and progression. All the details and how to register are here.
Also, in the same week, our Apprenticeships in Sussex service will be going into Patcham High School in Brighton for their Year 11 progression evening and talking to students and parents about the opportunities available via SCTP’s member providers. This follows on from the previous week’s events at Claverham Community College (Battle), Regis School (Bognor) and Heathfield Community College.
