Research Into Effective Practice In Employer Engagement

by | 0 comments

The Learning and Work Institute has been commissioned by the Education and Training Foundation to identify effective practice in employer engagement for learners studying below Level 2. This research will inform the development of the new ‘transition year’ for this learner group and produce a practical resource which highlights effective employer engagement practice. A short call for evidence has been published to collect information about the employer engagement activities of local education & skills providers. The LWI can arrange for a researcher to collect this information over the phone if providers are short of time. Following the call for evidence, they will be identifying organisations to include as case studies in their practical resource, showcasing effective practice on a national level.
