There has been much in the sector news this week about the Grade 4 Ofsted report for Learndirect and the various legal challenges that preceded its publication. Learndirect is not a SCTP member but SCTP is always concerned to hear of a provider in difficulty. There will also be concern that as this story makes national headlines that there could be a damaging effect on the reputation and quality of all provision which the sector will need to counter.
