How can HR Encourage Over 50s Back into Employment?

Office of National Statistics shows that inactivity among 50 to 64 year olds accounted for 68.5% of the total rise in economic inactivity since the start of the pandemic and as a result, the UK government have recently outlined strategies to help encourage older workers back into the labour market.
