DfE Publishes Latest Review of Apprenticeship Benefits Realisation Strategy

The Department for Education regularly evaluates progress of the apprenticeship reforms in delivering the anticipated benefits. This latest (3 page) report covers the period February to May 2018 and concentrates on starts figures and diversity and disadvantage issues. Curiously the report states that starts figures are broadly within trajectory to meet the 3 million target by 2020 – despite stating that 43.8% of the target had been delivered in 60% of the timeframe 2015-2020.
