AELP Calls For End To £200k Non-Levy Tender Limit

AELP believes that the £200,000 threshold in the new non-levy procurement process should be scrapped so that smaller providers will not be disadvantaged. Under the rule, the ESFA has said that in all cases, the lowest contract value that will be awarded for the “initial contact period” is £200,000.
