This webinar, delivered by SCTP member Claire Smith, will explore why members of an organisation are not equally equipped to communicate effectively and confidently in person, in writing, in a meeting, at a conference, online, on the phone, how this puts people at a disadvantage, identify when they are most likely to feel unprepared, anxious, badly equipped for their role and what to do about it. SCTP is delighted to welcome Alamgir Sheriyar, the Department for Education's Prevent Lead for the Further and Higher Education Sector in the South East of England, who will be delivering a webinar for members on Prevent - Risk and Threat Analysis. The session will provide delegates with information on the local and national extremisms risks and an understanding on how to incorporate these into a robust risk assessment and action plan.
