The Department for Transport has updated its COVID-19 safer travel guidance to include new updates on the increase in fines for not wearing a face-covering on public transport or in enclosed areas of transport hubs and the new legislation on social contact and the requirement for passengers to wear face coverings in taxis and private hire vehicles.
