The Institute for Apprenticeships has allocated funding bands for three apprenticeship standards for the Education and Skills Sector namely Learning Mentor (Level 3), Assessor Coach (Level 4) and Learning & Skills Teacher (Level 5). The band allocations give funding values which are at a level representing half the anticipated costs of delivery submitted to the IfA which raises a question about the viability of delivery. Jo North, Chair of the Education and Training Leadership Group (the Trailblazer group) and Ian Grayling the Deputy Chair, on behalf of the Education and Leadership Group, are keen to collect the views of the sector via this very short survey.
