For some time there has been a moratorium on applications for loans facilities from providers who have not previously had them. However, the ESFA has updated the documentation for Advanced Learner Loans facility requests and has now included an application form for first-time applications in 2017-18.
Applications of this nature will be restricted to the three performance management points in the year, these being:
- 8th September 2017 to 23rd September 2017
- 12th January 2018 to 26th January 2018
- 23rd March 2018 to 6th April 2018
