Collab Group, which represents some FE Colleges, has published a document called ‘Making Apprenticeships Work For All‘ focusing on three core areas that they believe need to change to ensure the UK has a skilled workforce to compete on a global stage: perceptions of apprenticeships, increasing employer flexibility and ensuring that quality is embedded throughout the system.
