The Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE) has launched a Nursing Associate apprenticeship to help plug the NHS skills gap. The apprenticeship will bridge the gap between health and care assistants and registered nurses and provide a progression route into graduate level nursing. More information is available here.
