In January this year the government launched a campaign to encourage small and medium sized businesses to ‘Join the Skills Revolution’ and prepare for economic recovery by skilling up their workforce. The campaign highlights the range of support and funding available for businesses wanting to boost their workforce capabilities, including apprenticeships, traineeships and T Levels. A call to action has been issued to promote the campaign backed by a new dedicated website which is a one-stop-shop helping employers to compare the range of government training and employment schemes available and a campaign toolkit for additional resources to help you understand and promote the campaign on your own channels.
