The government has published an extensive audit into how different ethnic groups experience public services. In presenting the report to Parliament, the First Minister highlighted three issues: gulfs between how different groups are doing in different parts of the country; differences within and between particular ethnic groups; and the raw deal experienced by some groups. Section 4 covers education as one of the featured public services.
