From April 2018, the ESFA plan to allow levy paying employers to transfer up to 10% of their levy credits to other employers or Apprenticeship Training Agencies (ATAs) using the apprenticeship service. The ESFA is looking to get feedback from a wide range of groups to understand what they would need from a transfer’s service, and to help them design the required functionality.
