The ESFA has highlighted an aspect of the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP) which has been causing issues in some applications. They allow exemptions within the RoATP application process for providers with ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted grades under some very specific circumstances. Please read their post in the ESFA Update this week so you are aware of these circumstances. The ESFA say that the conditions described there will be strictly adhered to and if an exemption is claimed incorrectly, the application will be rejected and not assessed.
