The Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) has published the advanced learner loans (ALL) funding and performance management rules for funding year 2024 to 2025. The main change from version 2, 2023 to 2024, published in May 2023 is that they have moved the first performance management point from September to October 2024. The rules apply to all providers of education and training who hold a loans agreement with ESFA.
