A survey of HR professionals by People Management has shown that supporting staff with general anxiety around coronavirus is the main challenge facing most employers as a result of the outbreak. They have provided some steps that employers can take to help relieve symptoms of coronavirus anxiety in their staff, including sharing the latest guidelines, stocking essential hygiene items and ensuring connectivity when remote working or self-isolating. They have also shared some remote working tips from a CEO who has had to enforce remote working in the past.
