The Department for Education and Skills Minister Anne Milton have announced the outcome of the second round of the Taking Teaching Further programme. The latest round of funding for the Taking Teaching Further programme will support 45 FE providers to recruit experienced industry professionals to work in classrooms. It is also supporting 22 innovative projects to look at ways to improve the link between FE providers and industry. SCTP is delighted to have been awarded funding to run one of these innovative projects. Congratulations to SCTP members Chichester College Group and East Sussex College who have also been awarded funding from this round to recruit FE teachers.
