Barnardo’s Employment Training and Skills (ETS) provides young people with skills and qualifications they can build on and develop throughout their working life. In partnership with employers, schools, colleges and charities, they train and support over 3000 young people every year through 20 specialist services. They provide courses, apprenticeships support and careers advice across the UK. Barnardo’s would like to speak to other SCTP provider members who have had recent PFA audit experience, that they would be happy to discuss, to share good practice and learning. Barnardo’s are particularly interested in hearing about any experiences in the ‘reduction for prior learning’ (RPL) side of the audit.
