The Department for Education has published the expression of interest to deliver the next group of T Levels to be taught from 2021. The next 7 T Levels will be Health; Healthcare Science; Science; Onsite Construction; Building Services Engineering; Digital Support and Services; and Digital Business Services. Guidance on how to express an interest in this delivery can be found here, along with the criteria for applying and a link to the online expression of interest. The expression of interest must be submitted by midnight on 28 February 2019.
The ESFA has published a Provider T Level Implementation Plan guidance document which is aimed at any provider considering expressing an interest in deliver T Levels in 2021 (and those already set to deliver in 2020).
In other T Level news, the DfE’s permanent secretary has stated to the education select committee, that the timetable to deliver the first of the new T Levels in 2020 is on track. He had previously had concerns about the timeline and had requested a delay. Read more here.
