The ESFA has set out a list of key proposed changes to the ILR for 2020/21 that they are considering. Details of the proposals will be posted to FEConnect forum and will be open for comments until Friday 20 September 2019. The responses will contribute to their analysis. Their decisions will be confirmed in early December.
