A new research report has been published by City and Guilds Group, called Missing Millions, looking at the skills and productivity of workers in the UK. The report concludes that ‘there is an urgent need for a review of adult education, re-prioritising funding in this area and creating a system that supports retraining and reskilling throughout our working lives’.
