The Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE) has announced that Jennifer Coupland will be their new Chief Executive Officer from November this year. She is currently the Director of Professional and Technical Education in the ESFA and was previously Deputy Director of the Apprenticeships Unit.
