The Education Select Committee has been questioning the Skills Minister, Anne Milton, for further details about the National Retraining Scheme. The Scheme, which is designed to help adult learners to upskill and retrain, is due to be rolled out in the summer but the Minister told the Select Committee that they are still in the very early stages of developing the Scheme.
