This article, from SCTP member Onefile, argues that completion rates, whilst important, should not be the only thing providers are tracking. In line with Ofsted’s changing focus from assessing to learning, they argue other metrics which should be tracked are learner baselines, progression of learning, learner proficiency and the impact of training activities.
