A new report by the Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS), Going Further on Further Education, has analysed the FE funding pledges from the three main political parties ahead of next week’s general election. It includes looking at the Conservatives’ national skills fund proposal, Labour’s proposals on lifelong learning and abolishing tuition fees and the Lib Dem’s proposed ‘Skills Wallets’.
