Plumpton College has been working on a research project for the Outstanding Learning & Assessment programme (OTLA 4), which has been focusing on how employers can teach technical numeracy, literacy and ICT skills as a vital component of apprenticeship programmes. SCTP members heard a presentation about the project and its outcomes at the November members’ meeting. As part of the project a set of infographics have been produced on how numeracy, literacy and ICT work for apprentices, employers and teachers. The infographics posters can be downloaded and used freely.
