The Minister for the FE market, Lord Agnew, has written to school headteachers to remind them of their legal duty to promote apprenticeships. Education Secretary, Gavin Williamson, says the letters are being sent because the government wants to ensure all young people are aware of the opportunities available through apprenticeships.
