In answer to a parliamentary question on the funding rate for 16-19 year olds, the FE Minister, Michelle Donelan, has revealed that the funding increase per student which comes into effect from August 2020, is below inflation. The funding increase announced last year will be a 4.7% rise on current funding levels to £4188 per student. More detail on this is available here.
