The Education & Training Foundation (ETF) has announced an opportunity to develop English teaching in Post-16 education. A team led by ccConsultancy in partnership with That Reading Thing and Skills for Life Network has secured funding from the ETF to support collaborative development projects that focus on approaches to teaching English. The Outstanding Teaching, Learning and Assessment (English) (OTLA) programme is a national programme, supported by a team of national experts in Post-16 English. The programme will enable groups of providers to access collaborative development grants worth up to £15,000 for each project. Funding is available for a maximum of ten projects. ESFA-funded providers are invited to submit applications to be included in one of the collaborative projects. Applications close on 29 April 2019.
