Former Skills Minister Calls for GCSEs and A Levels to be Replaced

The Chair of the Education Select Committee, Robert Halfon MP, has called for a radical re-think of England’s education system, including replacing GCSEs and A Levels for a ‘holistic baccalaureate’ for 18 year olds which recognises academic and technical skills and personal development.
