The ESFA has updated its guidance which advises institutions on the financial support young people may be able to access to help them participate in education and training. They advise that they have appointed a new provider to deliver the Student Bursary Support Service (SBSS), the online service that administers the Care to Learn scheme and claims for students in defined vulnerable groups from the 16 to 19 Bursary Fund and new contact details have been added.
