Recognising that during the transition to standards, some apprentices may be unable to complete their standard when it was initially recorded on the ILR, the ESFA have outlined details of a new transparency table being published in March 2020. The official qualification achievement rates (QAR) will be published through the National Achievement Rate (NART) tables in March 2020, and the new table will be published alongside NARTs transparency tables at the same time.
