The ESFA have published a report detailing the common issues arising from their annual programme of assurance work on post-16 funding claimed by providers on 16 to 19 study programmes, apprenticeships, adult education budget, Advanced Learner Loans and European Social Funding programmes. They are publishing this to raise awareness with providers and to improve compliance with the relevant funding rules.
