The ESFA have announced that Charlotte Briscall has been appointed as their new Director of Customer Experience, Digital and Data. They said that she will lead a large technology transformation project to ensure customers find the ESFA easy to interact with, and people who submit data to the ESFA, find it easy to do so. Her role starts in September.
