The ESFA has published a review of end of year 16-19 study programmes data for 2016/17 year. This contains actions and clarifications for organisations delivering 16-19 provision. The review includes advance notifications of changes to the funding guidance for the 2019/20 academic year. One of these changes is that learners aged 16-19 who have passed GCSE English and maths should not be on level one vocational course. More on this announcement here, and the ESFA review is here.
