To mark National Careers Week, from 4-8 March, the Education Secretary Damian Hinds announced that the Department for Education (DfE) is working with industry leaders to help all primary school pupils benefit from career related learning. The DfE, through the Careers and Enterprise Company, is investing £2 million to develop and extend career-related learning in primary schools. This initiative will hopefully see an impact on the future workforce and appropriate skills development.
