The DWP is holding a Disability Confident event on 26 February, 07.45 – 09.00 at East Sussex College in Newhaven. Employers will be able to network with other local employers who will explain the steps they have taken and the benefits their businesses have gained as a result of employing experienced and highly qualified disabled people. The event will also signpost the support that is available through Access to Work to assist with recruitment and retention. Attendance can be booked by emailing sonja.gardner@dwp.gov.uk by 20 February. Please promote this to employers that you work with.
