The Department for Education has reportedly refused calls to give employers more time to spend their apprenticeship levy funds. The call to extend employers spending period comes after the Education Select Committee’s inquiry into the NHS apprenticeship programme found that the NHS needed more time to develop more apprenticeship standards.
