Education Secretary Gavin Williamson has announced that after Friday 20 March the majority of schools, sixth forms and FE colleges will close until further notice except for children of key workers and vulnerable children. He also announced that Ofsted will cease all inspections of schools and colleges with immediate effect and, exams will not go ahead this summer and no performance tables will be published.
