C&G Report Shows Employers Want More Flexibility Spending Apprenticeship Funds

SCTP member, City and Guilds Group have published new research on employers experience of the apprenticeship system, called ‘Flex for success?‘. They report that 92% of levy-paying employers they surveyed want to see greater flexibility in how they can spend their apprenticeship allowance. In their business update this month, the ESFA have announced that they will be sending out a short survey soon to apprenticeship employers and providers, to engage with them on the long-term operation of the apprenticeship levy.
